Case study · UFC

The Drew Dober content machine.

Drew Dober is a UFC lightweight and a 12-year veteran who holds the UFC record for the most knockout wins in lightweight history: 11 KOs and 10 post-fight bonuses.

He came to me bleeding followers, with no brand or strategy behind him. No website. No blog. No newsletter. No analytics. No system. I built the brand from the ground up and put a machine behind it. Now every number climbs.

6 months of decline the machine goes in and climbing
By the numbers

The lift, before vs after. Meta's own daily data.

Measured as average performance per day in the 13 months before I took over versus the 5 months after, from Drew's own Meta Business Suite exports, data through July 1, 2026. Comparing daily rates controls for account size, so this is operator impact, not a big starting number. And it's still climbing: the work is ongoing and ramping up, not slowing.

The sharpest proof

June alone beat the previous 13 months combined.

Drew's Facebook page gained about 30 followers a month through all of 2025, a parked, duplicated asset nobody was working. I consolidated it and fed it the content engine: 1,765 new followers in May, 3,756 in June 2026. That's the difference between an account that exists and one that's operated.

A monetized YouTube channel, built from under 50 subscribers.

Launched from a near standing start to an approved YouTube Partner Program channel now doing close to a million views a year. A brand-new owned platform, turned into a revenue source, from scratch.

An owned email list, from zero to 4,146 subscribers.

A giveaway built a real, owned audience from nothing: a list Drew controls, not rented reach on someone else's platform. That's the asset that turns attention into leads, and the part that matters most if you care about owning your audience.
